About Dr. Blanchard

Dr. Blanchard is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, serving patients at BROC’s Gonzales and Walker Campuses.

He completed his undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University, medical school at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, Orthopaedic residency at Vanderbilt University, and a Foot and Ankle/Sports Medicine fellowship at the University of Iowa. He has been with the Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic since 2005. After nearly 17 years of surgical practice, Dr. Blanchard now focuses on non-operative care of foot and ankle, sports medicine, and general orthopaedic issues.
